Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Chief Architect to lead the architectural vision for the Services and Digital (SVD) portfolio within the Electrification, Automation & Digital division. The role focuses on creating scalable blueprints, establishing standards for cloud-native apps, APIs, data analytics, and UI/UX, and mentoring technical teams to foster excellence.

The position is locally based with no remote work, offering opportunities to influence technology direction across multiple products and

Qualifications

Degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
Mastery of frameworks like TOGAF, Zachman, or FEAF.
Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (GDPR, SOC2, HIPAA).
Expertise in microservices, APIs, and system modernization.
10+ years of experience in programming, database management, and software architecture.

Responsibilities

Lead architectural vision for the SVD product portfolio in EAD.
Establish standards and best practices for cloud-native apps, APIs, data analytics, and UI/UX.
Mentor technical teams and drive cross-product architecture strategies.
Drive standardization of digital architecture across SVD products.
