IWG plc seeks a Customer Services & Sales Manager to lead a centre, hitting sales targets and delivering first-class customer service. You will manage daily operations, supervise a small team, and own the centre’s performance while creating a welcoming environment for clients and prospects.

You’ll drive business, upsell, and tour visitors, becoming a brand ambassador for IWG as we continue expanding our global network.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering against targets while leading a small team.
• Proven ability to build a sales pipeline and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site centre operations and performance.
