Job summary

Orkla Procurement is seeking a Category Analyst to join the Packaging category and help drive value across Orkla by combining data analysis, sourcing execution and stakeholder collaboration. You will work hands-on with supplier markets and complex commercial decisions.

The role offers exposure to large projects planned for 2027, with opportunities to broaden into other procurement categories and collaborate across Nordic markets. Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain, finance or similar
• Master’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain or equivalent
• Strong analytical skills and interest in data and digital tools (Excel + AI curiosity)
• Results-oriented and thrives on driving change initiatives
• Interest in production environment and commercial dynamics
• Ability to translate complexity into clear insights and recommendations
• Proactive, structured and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
• Fluent in English and a Scandinavian language

Your role

You will join a high-performing procurement team responsible for developing and managing the Packaging category across Orkla where many large projects are planned for 2027. The role combines analytical work, sourcing execution, and stakeholder collaboration. Over time you will get the opportunity to broaden the horizon and work with other key categories in the Orkla Procurement portfolio.
