Exchange Street Financial Services Ltd is seeking a Casualty/Liability Claims Technician to join our client's remote team. This fully remote role requires keen technical knowledge to manage liability claims for Employers & Public Liability, delivering accurate investigations and recommendations from home.

You will gather evidence, assess quantum, and report findings in line with client requirements and service standards while providing exceptional customer service throughout the claims

Casualty/Liability Claims Technician - Fully Remote

Our client is looking to recruit a Casualty / Liability Claims Handler to work on a remote / home working basis.

You will use your technical knowledge and experience to proactively investigate liability claims for Employers & Public Liability (injury and TPPD) and report thereon, in compliance with prevailing client requirements / service standards and providing exceptional customer service throughout.

The role requires you to investigate and settle (as required) liability claims, covering legal/policy liability and quantum, gathering evidence to support your recommendations in a timely manner and in compliance with client requirements.
