Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedules and coordinates appointments, including surgeries and imaging, across departments.
• Manages waitlists and adjusts appointment capacity across locations.
• Confirms appointments and provides pre-procedure instructions to patients.
• Tracks and validates patient records from outside organizations to ensure completeness.
• Serves as primary liaison between patients, physicians, and staff during appointments.
• Processes payments, reconciles daily financials, and may manage insurer arrangements.
• Coordinates surgical cases, including OR block time and pre/post-op scheduling.
• Performs outreach for new patient visits and transfer-of-care scheduling.
• May provide administrative support for the clinic.
