Join Our Norwegian Family – Become Cabin Crew in Oslo or Bergen! Oslo & Bergen Bases | Training Starts May 2026. At Norwegian, we have always done things a little differently – the Norwegian way. You will be a comforting presence for a nervous flyer, an entertainer for a restless toddler, a helper for travelers with special needs, and a guardian ensuring every cabin detail is just right. We provide comprehensive training that leads to official certification and welcomes you into a close‑knit community of over 2,500 cabin crew across Norwegian.

Essential Requirements
  • A clean criminal record.
  • An unrestricted European passport allowing visa‑free travel to our destinations.
  • A valid work permit for Norway.
  • Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug and alcohol test.
  • At least 20 years old.
  • Minimum height of 160cm OR able to reach 210cm on tiptoes.
  • Confident swimmer.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Reside within 90minutes of your chosen base (Oslo or Bergen) or be willing to relocate.
  • No tattoos on face or neck; any tattoos on hands or behind the ear must not exceed 1.5cm.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Already hold a Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA).
  • Possess a valid medical certificate or can obtain one.
  • Fluent in a Scandinavian language.
  • Completed upper secondary school (academic or vocational) or equivalent; relevant service experience may substitute in some cases.
If Selected, You'll Need to Obtain
  • An approved medical certificate, including intoxication/alcohol testing.
  • An approved background check for your admission card.
  • Successful completion of our training course.
Recruitment Process

Successful candidates will then be assigned a training course based on operational needs.
