Job description

Soar with Widerøe – Cabin Crew Opportunities in Tromsø, Bergen, or Bodø. Take to the Skies with Norway's Regional Airline. Would you like to take to the skies with us aboard our versatile Dash 8 and modern Embraer 190-E2 aircraft? Are you looking for more than just a job—a career that offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to explore unique destinations across Norway and Europe? Widerøe, Norway's largest regional airline, is now accepting open applications for Cabin Crew positions based in Tromsø, Bergen, or Bodø. We offer an exciting and varied working environment with friendly colleagues across our extensive route network. On several of our aircraft, you will work independently in the cabin, experience breathtaking destinations and changing weather conditions, while being a central part of the onboard operational team. This is a role that demands resilience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for caring for others.

Training and Employment Details

Initially, we are planning training courses during the first half of 2027. Training will take place at our facilities in Bergen and/or Bodø and lasts approximately 5 weeks, conducted during daytime and evening hours, including weekdays and weekends. Important: If you are selected for our training course, you will be offered 100% permanent employment as Cabin Crew from the first day of the course, subject to successfully completing the course. This means you'll be part of the Widerøe family from day one. Upon joining the company, you will likely be able to choose between the following bases: Tromsø, Bergen, or Bodø.
