Job Description:

Kardex is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to strengthen our AutoStore sales team in the Nordics. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely from Norway, Sweden, or Denmark, with potential opportunities for hybrid work from Gothenburg, Bromma, Kjeller, or Odense. This role will require regular travel within the Nordics and overseas.

Your tasks

  1. Identification and development of opportunities for AutoStore projects
  2. Sales of AutoStore solutions, leading the sales phase from acquisition until contract
  3. Creation of optimal solutions that deliver customer benefit and value for Kardex
  4. Foster and maintain strong customer relationships

To be successful you will have:

  1. Proven background in sales of automated intralogistics solutions. Autostore experience is a plus.
  2. Proven consultative sales experience, managing a sales cycle from end to end.
  3. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM.
  4. Enthusiastic, outgoing personality, strong written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Collaborative nature - ability to establish effective working relationships across functions
  6. Experience with sales project and leading a team
  7. Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
  8. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or technical engineering preferred.
  9. Ability to frequently travel including international
