• Support solution design, UAT planning, and defect resolution.
• Analyse business processes and suggest improvements.
• Create reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Assist in change management and user training when required.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with 1+ years of experience to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will gather and analyse business requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support the successful delivery of projects that enhance business processes and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable requirements.


• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and process flow diagrams.


• Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and gap analysis.


• Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA teams, and business users throughout the project lifecycle.


• Support solution design, UAT planning, and defect resolution.


• Analyse business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.


• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.


• Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.
