BrightPath Engineering in Alta is seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will collect, organize and interpret large datasets to identify patterns and inform decisions that drive business growth.

You will work with multiple departments to understand data needs, develop dashboards, reports and visualizations, and present actionable insights with clarity. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Analytics or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Proficient in SQL and programming languages such as Python or R.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and data visualization techniques.
• Experience with data mining tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Proven track record of delivering actionable insights through data analysis.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
