The role

We are looking for a Brand Activation Specialist to join our Marketing team, based in Oslo. In this role, you will play a key part in bringing the Weber brand to life in Norway and Finland. You will translate strategic priorities into impactful consumer-facing activations that drive demand, grow brand equity, and strengthen our position across both markets. Working closely with central EMEA marketing and local commercial teams, you will deliver best-in-class execution of integrated campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging while adapting to local nuances.

Key responsibilities

  • Translate EMEA strategic priorities into locally relevant brand initiatives in collaboration with central and local teams.
  • Develop and execute local go-to-market plans, aligned with product launches and seasonal campaigns.
  • Partner with Sales and Trade Marketing to deliver engaging in-store experiences and digital retail activations.
  • Collaborate with Brand Communications, Digital, Media, and Content teams to deliver integrated, high-performing campaigns.
  • Manage regional agency relationships to ensure timely, on-budget, high-quality campaign delivery.
  • Activate brand storytelling across Weber.com, social media, newsletters, and Grill Academy.
  • Localize and deploy brand campaigns while maintaining alignment with global brand standards.
  • Support joint marketing plans with key retail partners to deliver on-brand, effective activations.
  • Analyze KPIs, consumer insights, and market trends to diagnose performance and optimize activity.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness, reporting ROI and identifying improvements.
  • Manage the local activation budget, ensuring efficiency and strategic alignment.
  • Act as a connector between central and local teams, fostering collaboration and sharing best practices.
  • Champion brand standards and contribute to continuous improvement of tools and processes.

What we’re looking for

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in brand marketing or activation, ideally within a premium or consumer lifestyle brand and across multiple markets.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of omni-channel consumer experiences (retail and digital).
  • Experience managing agency partners and working cross-functionally in matrix organizations.
  • Confident analyzing marketing performance data and turning insight into action.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Norwegian.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, project management tools – ideally also Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strategic mindset with strong executional drive, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
