Job summary

Retailors Norway AS is seeking a Back of House Athlete (sales associate) for a Nike store. You will maintain an organized stockroom, process deliveries, support replenishment, and assist with visual merchandising to keep products available on the sales floor.

Your role focuses on smooth backstage operations, adherence to Receiving standards, and timely execution of promotions. Weekend availability and a hands-on, reliable mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Availability to work 25 hours per week.
• Flexibility with working hours, including weekends.
• Previous experience in warehousing, retail, or logistics is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Nike staff uniform is provided as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe Back of House (BOH) area to support year-round operations.
• Inspect incoming deliveries, count cartons, verify shipments, and report discrepancies.
• Follow Product Receiving Excellence standards and BOH processes.
• Support replenishment and ensure product availability for the sales team.
• Process transfers and returns to vendor (RTV) accurately.
• Assist Visual Merchandising in preparing products for the sales floor.
• Utilize store systems and technology to optimize operations.
• Execute promotions, markdowns, and seasonal transitions on time.
• Identify challenges and communicate solutions to management.
