Would you like to work on projects in the booming energy sector? We are looking for a BIM Manager/BIM Coordinator at Hitachi Energy, Oslo.
The business line designs and delivers complete substations for distribution and transmission grids. In close co-operation with customer and other Hitachi Energy teams we deliver solutions to many segments, like renewables, battery energy storages, datacenters, industry, utilities and green hydrogen sector. We are offering an interesting position in an international project environment and various development possibilities in the areas of design and engineering, research and development.
The opportunity
As a BIM Manager/BIM Coordinator, you are supporting the organisation to meet the customer and internal requirements towards BIM (Building Information Modeling) and digitalisation.
You will work on defining BIM procedures, standards and templates. At the same time, you will be responsible to drive BIM-Coordination meetings and make sure the digital model of the project is coordinated between the several designing parties. During construction phase, you will be responsible to support the site team to digitise processes and make efficient use of the Common Data Environment and the digital model.
