Responsibilities
  • Assist tourists with purchasing tickets for our Hop-on-Hop-off bus tours.
  • Provide detailed information about tour schedules, destinations, and local attractions.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure every visitor has an unforgettable experience.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Hop On AS, upholding our commitment to exceptional service.
  • You have to be comfortable with active sales, be active and love attracting customers.
Qualifications
  • Languages: Good proficiency in English. Additional languages, like Spanish, German, and Italian, are an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and know exactly how to approach customers.
  • A friendly, approachable attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to work on-call, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Previous experience in active sales is beneficial.
