B2B Account Manager - New Business

Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven and relationship-building B2B Account Manager to join our team in Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as further developing and strengthening existing customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach new corporate customers, and companies with a need for effective mobility solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor Arrive services.
  • Present and sell innovative parking and mobility solutions to relevant decision-makers.
  • Lead the entire sales process – from prospecting to contract signing and implementation.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with B2B sales, preferably with documented results in proactive sales and customer management.
  • Experience with sales of complex services, preferably SaaS solutions.
  • Ability to quickly understand customer needs and develop strategic solutions.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems to manage sales processes.
  • Experience with public customers and larger companies is an advantage, but not a requirement.
