Job summary

StaffHost digital is seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our fast-growing Norwegian IT consultancy and Microsoft partner. You will work with customers to implement, modernize and transform hybrid IT environments, leveraging strong Azure and on-premises foundations.

You will collaborate across projects, advising on technology choices, security and governance while delivering scalable cloud solutions and strong long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Solid Microsoft Azure experience and cloud infrastructure background.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, VMware/Hyper-V, networking and security, backup and disaster recovery.
• Experience with hybrid environments and on-premises to cloud migrations.

Responsibilities

• Implementation and administration of Microsoft Azure solutions.
• On-premises to Azure migrations (lift & shift) and infrastructure modernization.
• Azure networking and security.
• Deploying Infrastructure-as-code (IaC).
• Cloud governance and Azure Policy.
• Advising customers on technology and infrastructure solutions.
• Supporting and developing long-term customer relationships.
