We are looking for an Automation / Control System Engineer

Pnr: 22026

Job Description
  • Subsea- and/or topside configuration of SAS systems for oil production platforms
  • Server configuration
  • Database configuration
  • Configuration of communication protocols
  • Follow up with vendors, review technical documentation, and participate in test activities/FAT
  • Prepare and complete engineering documents and data registers
  • Some travel may be required, including offshore installation
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant disciplines (candidates who are recent graduates or about to graduate will be considered)
  • Programming knowledge
  • PLS configuration skills
  • Server and/or database configuration knowledge
  • Good communication skills
  • Cooperative working attitude
  • Multidiscipline understanding
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • High commitment to deadlines and quality standards
  • Proficiency in Norwegian/Nordic languages and English, both oral and written
