Job summary

Pasiflora AI LLC in Norway is seeking detail-oriented reviewers to quality-check pre-recorded customer service conversations for an AI data project. This part-time, remote role involves correcting transcripts, verifying against audio, and ensuring policy compliance.

You will mark items as ready or for escalation, and write clear notes on anything questionable. Fluent English and prior QA or AI data experience are preferred. The role is remote and worldwide, with onboarding provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1–C2) with strong listening and writing skills.
• Experience in AI data training or AI data preparation workflows.
• Hands-on experience with audio transcription, annotation, or transcript correction.
• Able to apply policy rules consistently and document or flag issues clearly.
• Quality assurance or quality control experience preferred.
• Able to commit to and reliably meet an agreed part-time schedule.

You'll correct and validate transcripts, check that the agent in each conversation followed the required policy rules, and decide whether each item is ready for delivery or should be flagged for further review. This is part-time, remote work. Success looks like consistently accurate transcripts, reliable policy checks, and clear escalation of anything questionable. Open worldwide, except applicants located in Africa or in sanctioned countries (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria).
