NTNU's Department of Ocean Operations and Civil Engineering in Ålesund invites applications for an Associate Professor in Shipping Management. The successful candidate will lead the Shipping Management teaching portfolio, supervise bachelor, master and PhD students, and develop research initiatives that enhance innovative teaching aligned with industry needs.

Competenze
- Doctoral degree or equivalent in engineering, maritime studies or social sciences; relevant for call.
- Teaching and supervision experience in higher education.
- Qualified to teach courses in Shipping Management study program.
- Strong oral and written English skills.
- Norwegian language skills at level B2.
- Experience with innovative learning environments and linking theory to industry.

- Responsible for the relevant teaching portfolio in Shipping Management
