Responsibilities

• Engage with production sites, engineers, and stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and product discovery activities.
• Build awareness, understanding, and stakeholder commitment to the products and the value they create.
• Support rollout and adoption of digital applications at production sites by ensuring access and training users.
• Work with the Product Manager to understand user needs, define priorities, and support product discovery and delivery.
• Translate user and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Establish business cases, monitor adoption, and conduct post-implementation reviews to realize value.
