Temp-Team Sarpsborg is seeking skilled CNC operators to join a forward-looking company at the forefront of the industry. This role involves working in a machining department where you will deliver high-quality machined components on time. You will be part of a team facing unique challenges daily, committed to quality, expertise development, and customer value.

About the company

The client is an innovative company located in Indre Østfold, providing services in project planning, maintenance, welding, sheet metal work, and mechanical repairs of advanced combustion plants. They operate from modern facilities in Askim, delivering top-quality products and repairs.

Work tasks

You will program and operate Heidenhain and Mazak machines (turning/milling) handling diameters from 100-500 mm and shafts up to 3 meters. The position involves regular hours from 07:00 to 15:00, with some overtime and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• Certificate or solid experience in CNC machining (4-5 years)
• Welding experience is advantageous
• Good collaboration skills and team-oriented
• Fluent in Norwegian/Scandinavian languages
• Focus on HSE and safety routines
• Experience with rigging, programming, and machine operation
