Senior Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on interdisciplinary projects for the development of new systems and products.

  • Design mechanical systems and prepare technical documentation.

  • Verify and test technical solutions.

  • Participate in all project stages from idea to completion.

  • Provide technical support to sales and clients.

  • Follow up on technical requirements with subcontractors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Product Engineering, or other relevant technical education.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical development, preferably in the subsea industry.

  • Knowledge of relevant standards (e.g., DNV 2.7-1, 2.7-3, NORSOK) is a plus.

  • Experience with CAD systems, preferably Autodesk Inventor.

  • Understanding and experience with finite element method (FEM).
