As an Architecture Manager you will oversee and manage the design and construction of various architectural projects in Alta Norway. You will be responsible for coordinating with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule. Your expertise in architectural design, engineering principles, and project management will be essential in guiding the team towards successful project completion.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and schedules ensuring that all milestones are met
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into design concepts
• Lead a team of architects, engineers, and other professionals to execute project plans
• Monitor progress of construction work to ensure compliance with design specifications
• Prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholders
• Review and approve project designs, materials, and budget proposals
• Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations
• Identify potential risks or issues that may impact project delivery and develop contingency plans
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are met

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or a similar role

• Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
