Qualifications

- Knowledge of construction materials and processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed plans drawings and specifications for construction projects
- Collaborate with architects engineers and clients to ensure designs meet all requirements
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure accuracy of plans
- Use CAD software to create 2D and 3D models of buildings
- Review building codes regulations and zoning laws to ensure compliance
- Research materials and products to determine best options for each project
- Coordinate with contractors during the construction process
