Executive Connect Qatar is seeking a skilled Baker to join the team in Alta, Norway on a part-time basis. You will prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and customer requests.

The role requires at least 2 years of professional baking experience, high attention to detail, and the ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates; accommodation is not provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years baking experience in a professional setting.
• In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, measurements, ingredients, equipment, etc.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Excellent time-management skills with ability to work under pressure.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake different types of bread, pastries, and other baked goods.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and are presented attractively.
• Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in flavor and appearance.
• Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed.
