Role Overview

We are hiring an AI-First Growth Marketing Lead to manage customer acquisition in the Norwegian market, focusing on Paid Media and SEO. You will lead the acquisition strategy, collaborate with our paid media agency, develop our SEO roadmap, and be evaluated on KPIs like Gross Profit, Application Volume, and CPA.

This role is part of the Loan Business Unit, covering Consumer Loans, Credit Cards, and Secured Loans. You will help shape and expand our AI-first marketing initiatives, including content automation and campaign optimization, within a broader Nordic marketing team. Some travel for Nordic collaboration may be required.

You will have a significant impact, setting the agenda rather than following others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Paid Media performance: Strategy, execution, and outcomes in partnership with our agency, focusing on Gross Profit and Application Volume.
  • Manage Norwegian SEO: Develop the roadmap, oversee execution, and ensure organic visibility and landing pages support performance, with support from internal specialists but with clear decision rights.
Content & AI-Led Execution
  • Create or AI-generate copy and visuals for ads and SEO.
  • Build and optimize AI-powered content flows (e.g., SEO pages, ad iterations).
  • Contribute to building an automated, scalable AI-first content engine.
Conversion Rate Optimization
  • Enhance performance from click to application completion.
  • Use landing page insights and campaign data to identify CRO opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to implement and test improvements.
Analytics, Reporting & Compliance
  • Monitor and report on Gross Profit, Application Volume, CPA, and conversion rates.
  • Act swiftly on performance insights; own the data analysis.
  • Maintain knowledge of Norwegian marketing regulations, including Forbrukertilsynet guidelines and lender-specific requirements.
  • Utilize LLMs and generative AI tools to scale output and reduce operational drag.
  • Help evolve our AI-first marketing stack and experimentation framework.
Cross-Nordic Collaboration
  • Work with teams across Sweden, Denmark, and Finland to share insights, align strategies, and improve overall performance.
What You Bring
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, especially Paid performance, SEO, and Content.
  • Proven track record in leading paid media campaigns (in-house or via agency).
  • Hands-on SEO skills and understanding of organic growth strategies.
  • Strong writing skills with a commercial touch.
  • Familiarity with data tools: GA4, Excel/Sheets, PowerBi, Search Console, etc.
  • Knowledge of AI tools and a curiosity to test new technologies.
  • Understanding or willingness to learn Norwegian financial marketing regulations.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
  • High ownership mentality: proactive, results-driven approach.
