Q-Free is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer to advance responsible and secure use of AI across the organization. You will join the AI Center of Excellence, work with software engineers and AI/ML specialists, and help teams adopt practical AI workflows.

Based in Trondheim, you will collaborate with engineers, domain experts and stakeholders globally, shaping patterns for AI‑driven software development and competence building in a complex technology company.

Qualifications

• Solid software engineering foundation with practical AI experience.
• Strong communication skills in English and collaboration with senior engineers.
• Degree in a technical field or equivalent hands‑on experience.

Responsibilities

• Explore, evaluate and apply new AI tools and models relevant to Q-Free.
• Work hands‑on with product, engineering and domain teams to develop AI‑based solutions.
• Develop shared patterns and reusable approaches for AI‑assisted development.
• Collaborate with AI Champions and engineering communities across locations.
• Contribute to observability, evaluation and measurement of AI solutions.
