Job summary

Hydro in Oslo seeks a summer intern to contribute to projects at the intersection of communication, public affairs, data and AI. The scope will adapt to your background and priorities, including AI enablement, agent-based solutions, or research and insight tasks.

You will develop, test, and evaluate AI tools, conduct stakeholder and media analyses, translate findings into clear recommendations, and prepare concise content for communications.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Norwegian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development, testing and evaluation of AI tools, copilots or agent-based solutions that support communication and public affairs workflows.
• Conduct research and insight studies, including stakeholder analysis, media and reputation analysis, trend monitoring, benchmarking, interviews, surveys or desk research.
• Analyze information and data to identify patterns, themes and opportunities, and translate findings into clear recommendations.
• Prepare concise presentations, text or visual content for communication or other communication material
