Job summary

EG seeks an AI-Native Product Manager to drive Landax development from Oslo or Tønsberg. You will work closely with engineering, UX and QA to transform customer feedback into valuable features. The role blends rapid prototyping with rigorous requirements, ensuring product value is validated quickly and shipped with quality.

You’ll use Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor daily, balance scope, speed and quality, and partner with sales and marketing to articulate product value to customers.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in product management or ownership, SaaS/B2B preferred.
• Experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) and practical AI understanding.
• Fluent English plus Danish or Norwegian in speech and writing.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, CS, engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across teams.

Responsibilities

• Talk to customers often and convert interviews into clear problem statements and opportunities.
• Use AI tooling to research markets and prototype ideas to validate value quickly.
• Write requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria with engineering and design teams.
• Prioritize work by customer value, effort and business impact with explicit tradeoffs.
• Shape features with clear use cases, success metrics and quality guardrails.
