Kongsberg Maritime's ICB division is seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our team building an innovative big data platform for the maritime industry. You will work on a web-based solution enabling onboard and onshore data access with high performance and security.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Web API.
• Experience with MS SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Frontend experience with HTML, CSS, TypeScript and Angular/React.
• Familiar with unit testing, design patterns, and Agile/Scrum.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
• Understanding of Azure cloud fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of Large Language Models and Machine Learning.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define software requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Ensure application security and data protection best practices.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
• Design and build high-performance, scalable applications.
• Optimize existing codebases for performance and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews and helping junior team members grow.
• Provide support for production issues when necessary.
