Job summary

Lever, Inc. in Norway seeks an Expert Team Lead, SWE to drive high-quality data operations for AI model development. You will lead AI Tutors, review technical work, and ensure scalable data delivery while aligning with model requirements.

You will coach team members, develop training materials, monitor performance, and collaborate with data and engineering stakeholders to raise data quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1+ years hands-on data labeling or AI training ops.
• Experience building scalable tech applications.
• Understanding of data quality metrics and workflows.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and impact on data quality.
• Experience leading small teams in data labeling or related ops.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for data projects.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate AI Tutors.
• Participate in labeling, evaluation and review activities.
• Establish QA processes, taxonomy, and guidelines.
• Monitor KPIs like quality scores and throughput.
• Develop training materials and certification benchmarks.
• Collaborate with data managers and engineers to translate model needs into data strategies.
• Foster high-performance culture and manage performance.
