Job description

We are looking for AI Conversation Recording Contributors to join a Norwegian Nynorsk speech data collection project and help support the evaluation and development of the next generation of AI technologies. This short project offers an opportunity to evaluate and improve speech recognition and conversational AI technologies by providing spontaneous speech collected from real-life situations.

Pay: USD 26 per hour

Record or collect natural, spontaneous speech in accordance with the project guidelines. Participate in or capture speech from approved real-life situations, such as workplace conversations or casual one-on-one discussions. Complete individual or two-person conversational speech tasks, or participate in voice or voice-text interactions with an AI or machine-based system. Annotate collected speech data according to the instructions provided. Provide the required information and metadata related to each recording.

Native-level fluency in Norwegian Nynorsk. Authentic pronunciation and strong familiarity with the target language through everyday use. Advanced level of English to understand written instructions. Contributors must not imitate dialects or accents that are not their own. Strong attention to detail when providing annotations and recording metadata. Preferred: Experience with speech recording or data annotation projects is an advantage, but not required. Preferred: Ability to follow detailed project and recording instructions.
