Job summary

Beach Avenue Financial is a financial operations and business consulting firm that simplifies financial complexity for businesses through proactive guidance and data-driven solutions. This role supports intercompany reconciliations, revenue and P&L analysis, and month-end reporting in a fully remote setup.

You will collaborate with a diverse team, require 3+ years of accounting experience, a CPA track, and strong English communication. Flexible PST hours may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification completed or studyingtowards it
• +3 years of experience in an accounting position
• Thorough understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and reporting requirements
• Experienced in implementing solutions to streamline and automate processes
• Empathy and ability to connect with diverse backgrounds
• Collaborating with team members to achieve goals
• Commitment to ethical behavior and current financial legislation

Responsibilities

• Intercompany and Payroll reconciliations.
• Balance sheet reconciliations and preparation of month end folder reporting.
• P&L analysis.
• Accruals and prepayment reviews.
• Revenue reconciliations.
• Assist preparation and delivery of state / federal tax reporting.
• Support with preparing monthly / annual / quarterly reports and other documents for management.

Main responsibilities

• Intercompany and Payroll reconciliations.
• Balance sheet reconciliations and preparation of month end folder reporting.
• P&L analysis.
• Accruals and prepayment reviews.
• Revenue reconciliations.
• Assist preparation and delivery of state / federal of TAX reporting.
• Support with preparing monthly / annual / quarterly reports and other documents required by the management team.

Required Qualifications

Working conditions

• – Full-time, working from 9am – 5pm PST Monday to Friday.
