Adtraction is Hiring an Account Manager in Finance

Adtraction is looking for a dedicated Account Manager to join our finance team. You’ll become part of the leading partner marketing platform in the Nordics, responsible for driving results for a selected portfolio of partners and clients.

You’ll be part of a small but experienced team of 3 at our Norwegian office, working alongside a total of 14 friendly colleagues. In this role, you’ll collaborate with both local and Nordic teammates to tailor marketing initiatives that help partners and advertisers succeed in reaching their sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily follow-up and relationship management with partners and advertisers in your portfolio
  • Expand and strengthen collaboration with existing advertisers and partners, focusing on long-term value creation
  • Identify and reach out to potential new clients
  • Deliver strong results by ensuring a seamless customer experience and excellent service

We’re Looking for Someone Who

  • Can effectively prioritize tasks and manage a wide range of responsibilities
  • Has a solid understanding of digital products and marketing
  • Is driven by creating results and smart solutions for clients and partners
  • Has education and/or relevant experience in sales, consulting, or marketing
  • Speaks Norwegian fluently
  • Has strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English, spoken and written
