Are you a self-driven sales professional with a passion for scientific instrumentation and the food industry?

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a growing market in Sweden and Norway, managing key customer relationships while driving new business development.

The Role:

  1. Sales & Business Development – Maintain and expand customer relationships (60% account management, 40% new business).
  2. Technical Sales – Work closely with customers to sell complex analytical instruments with a long sales cycle (typically 12–18 months).
  3. Collaboration & Support – Partner with a Field Application Specialist for technical demos and first-line support.
  4. Market Strategy – Develop and execute a sales plan in a competitive landscape.
  5. Travel – Regular travel across Sweden and Norway to meet customers and prospects.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in scientific instrumentation, food science, chemistry, or a related field.
  2. Strong ability to manage long sales cycles and build lasting customer relationships.
  3. Fluency in Swedish (essential) and English.
  4. A self-motivated, independent mindset – someone who treats their territory as their own business.
  5. Willingness to travel regularly and work independently across a large region.
  6. A team player who communicates openly and knows when to seek support.
