Overview

The opportunity

We are currently looking for an Account Executive to join our team and play a key role in expanding Scrive’s presence in the Norwegian market. You will be part of a high-performing, international sales team working across Europe, and based in our Oslo office, where we apply a flexible hybrid work model.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively generate and qualify new leads through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and follow-up on inbound inquiries.

  • Develop a strong sales pipeline by identifying high-potential prospects and maintaining consistent outreach.

  • Engage with various stakeholders, navigating parallel processes with different personas such as Sales, Legal, and IT executives.

  • Manage the full sales process by involving appropriate internal resources such as Implementation Specialists, Project Managers, and Legal expertise.

  • Hold product demos and webinars, attend events, and build new relationships and business opportunities.

  • Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business and targeting new accounts.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales Development Representatives to prioritise the right leads and ensure we meet our KPIs.

What we’re looking for
  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales

  • Experience in complex solution selling

  • Ability to travel to Sweden at least 4 times per year

  • Fluency in English and Norwegian (written and spoken)

Bonus points
  • Have experience in SaaS and/or fast-paced, high-growth working environments
