Account Cloud Engineer

As an Account Cloud Engineer, you’ll work with sales to bridge the gap between business and tech, inspiring customers with the value of Oracle Cloud. We are devoted to customer success and with a constantly evolving portfolio of cloud services we need architects that embrace change and can quickly determine how new services may be used in solutions that create value for our customers.

What you will do

1. Lead technical activity on customer accounts, from project concept to adoption. You’ll build a deep understanding of our customers’ systems, priorities, and business needs to find unique solutions.
2. Become a trusted advisor on all things cloud engineering.
3. Provide technical expertise on cloud infrastructure, platforms, and architecture.
4. Ensure Oracle technology drives customer outcomes and sustainable growth.
5. Collaborate with sales to define account strategies and win new workloads.
6. Coordinate solution creation, architecture design, and workshops.
7. Demonstrate the value of our cloud products, architectures, and new technologies.
