Job summary

Trevarefabrikken AS in Henningsvær, Lofoten, seeks bartenders for the spring-to-fall season. You’ll serve drinks and food, advise guests on selections, and help ensure a hospitable, memorable guest experience.

We value at least one year in bars/restaurants, a friendly, proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a busy setting. Seasonal commitment May to mid-September with flexible hours and team support throughout the season.

Responsibilities

• Sell and serve our diverse drinks and food items.
• Help guests choose products according to their wishes (e.g., wines).
• Keep Trevarefabrikken warm and welcoming for everyone at all times.
• Keep the working area and storage clean, organized and well-stocked.
• Support co-workers in other departments when needed; team work is key.

The bar team at Trevarefabrikken is now looking for new co-workers. If you have a passion for a fast work pace, serving qualityfood & drinks,and want to experience Henningsvær in the heart of the Lofoten Islands, we want to hear from you!

We’re looking for experienced and skilled bartenderswith an eye for good customer service. Our bartender is often the first face our guests meet when visiting Trevarefabrikken, so ability to answer all kinds of questions, help with sauna or hotel check-ins is part of the job.

At Trevarefabrikken we are a big group of friends and colleagues enjoying the island life. We work, hike, climb, surf and watch endless sunsets together. It’s a social place where you’ll make new friends and create lasting memories both inside and outside of work.

The work includes

• selling and serving our diverse products - both drinks and food.
• helping our guestschoose the right products according to their wishes (with wines for example).
• keeping Trevarefabrikken a warm and welcoming place for everyone at all times
• keep the working area and storage clean,organized and well-stocked
• support your co-workers in the other departments, when needed.We like to work as a team!

The job

• requires you to be available from the beginning of May until the middle of September.
• will be minimum 80%-100%, depending on your wish and our needs. This will be discussed during interviews.
