Job summary

Trevarefabrikken AS in Henningsvær is seeking experienced bartenders who love fast-paced service and delivering great guest experiences.

You will be part of a social team that welcomes visitors, helps with product selections and ensures a warm, well-organized bar and dining area, especially during the busy summer season in the Lofoten islands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience from bars or restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Sell and serve our diverse products – both drinks and food.
• Help guests choose the right products (e.g., wines) according to their wishes.

• Keep the working area and storage clean, organized and well-stocked.
• Support your co-workers in other departments when needed; teamwork is key.

The bar team at Trevarefabrikken is now looking for new co-workers. If you have a passion for a fast work pace, serving qualityfood & drinks,and want to experience Henningsvær in the heart of the Lofoten Islands, we want to hear from you!

We’re looking for experienced and skilled bartenderswith an eye for good customer service. Our bartender is often the first face our guests meet when visiting Trevarefabrikken, so ability to answer all kinds of questions, help with sauna or hotel check-ins is part of the job.

At Trevarefabrikken we are a big group of friends and colleagues enjoying the island life. We work, hike, climb, surf and watch endless sunsets together. It’s a social place where you’ll make new friends and create lasting memories both inside and outside of work.

The work includes

• selling and serving our diverse products - both drinks and food.
• helping our guestschoose the right products according to their wishes (with wines for example).

The job

• requires you to be available from the end of June until the beginning of August.
• will be minimum 80%-100%, depending on your wish and our needs. This will be discussed during interviews.
