The hotel is located in the heart of Oslo's main street, Karl Johan, with 260 rooms, a fantastic courtyard, gym, restaurant, bar, and of course a reception and lobby that are the heart of the hotel, where guests check-in, relax, or dine.

We also want our lobby and courtyard to be places where our guests can work, meet old or new friends, enjoy a coffee, or try a drink.

Who is our dream candidate?

You are a bubbly joy-spreader with a contagious laugh, and in line with that, we want your energy to be contagious to both guests and other staff. You have a relaxed style but are also professional with lots of good and lively energy. You're a natural at socializing and providing excellent service. Reliable and responsible for achieving results. You stay updated on what's happening, know the city, and have an eye on local events.

Main responsibilities include:

• Responsible for the hotel's fire safety
• Handling check-ins and check-outs, bookings, selling lobby items, and assisting guests both digitally and face-to-face in a smooth and seamless manner
• Communicating with other hotel departments in preparation for daily arrivals
• Ensuring guests have a pleasant stay and want to return
• Basic knowledge of Norwegian and English; additional languages are a bonus
• Experience from hotels is an advantage but not required (training will be provided)

Work hours: Shift work

Salary: According to the current tariff in accordance with the national agreement

Start date: Immediate employment
