Purpose of Role
This role leads the overall Merchandising function for the EMEA region (FY25 $1.1M). This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for developing the Merchandising and Pricing strategy for EMEA, in line with Global and EMEA strategic guidance. The Sr. Director is responsible for executing dynamic seasonal assortments through the Go-To-Market (GTM) process that meet the needs of the vast consumer base in EMEA while enabling the region to meet its sales objectives in a profitable manner.
