Job summary

Van Oord Grondstoffen is seeking a proactive professional to ensure zero-emission equipment is deployed safely across multiple projects. You will plan battery logistics, coordinate on-site maintenance and align QHSE guidelines, turning innovations into practical field solutions.

With strong site experience and a passion for sustainable construction, you will connect teams, suppliers and technology, delivering emission-free execution and tangible project impact.

Qualifications

• A completed MBO qualification in a technical field, preferably electrical engineering.
• Experience within civil engineering, road construction or hydraulic engineering; site supervisor is a plus.
• Excellent command of Dutch and a good command of English.
• Strong skills in MS Office, digital planning tools and web-based solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to switch quickly between tasks and stakeholders.
• Flexibility and a willingness to visit projects regularly.

Responsibilities

• The planning of our 10ft batteries, fast chargers, temporary charging points and hired zero emission equipment across multiple projects.
• Reviewing and improving working methods.
• Contributing ideas on the deployment of new zero emission equipment.
• Advising tenders and projects on deployment and efficient use.
• Optimising the use of our batteries across different projects.
• Providing technical advice and feedback to teams and stakeholders.
