Job summary

AB Midden Nederland is seeking a ZAMAK Machine Operator for our client in the Netherlands. You will operate high‑pressure die‑casting machines to produce precise metal components, set up machines, monitor production, perform quality checks and assist with mould changes.

Prior ZAMAK experience is not required; a strong technical mindset and willingness to learn will be trained. This is a full‑time, 40‑hour week in a three‑shift system.

Earn €18.44 gross per hour + 13.3% shift allowance + 4.98% ADV, bringing your total pay to approximately €21.81 gross per hour, and learn a specialized technical profession in a modern production environment.

This is what you will do

As a ZAMAK Machine Operator, you will operate machines that manufacture precision metal components using high-pressure die casting. ZAMAK is a metal alloy that is melted and injected under high pressure into a mould, creating accurate components used in security products for windows and doors. You will be responsible for setting up the machines, monitoring the production process, checking product quality, and responding when something goes wrong. You will also assist with changing moulds and perform minor technical work on the machines. Previous ZAMAK experience is not essential – candidates with good technical understanding and a strong willingness to learn can be trained for the position. You will work 40 hours per week in a three-shift system. The base salary is €18.44 gross per hour, plus a 13.3% shift allowance and 4.98% ADV allowance, resulting in approximately €21.81 gross per hour including these allowances.
