Job summary

Speria in Horst, Netherlands is looking for a hands-on Field Service Engineer who enjoys helping customers and solving technical problems. You will work in intensive livestock farming, horticulture, and storage technology, checking, testing, and starting up automation systems both locally and abroad.

The ideal candidate holds a Technical MBO 4 or Bachelor degree, has strong technical knowledge in electronics and automation, and should be willing to travel internationally. Proficiency in Dutch and English is required, with German being an advantage.

Qualifications

• A Technical MBO 4 or Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
• 5 years of experience as a service or helpdesk technician is a plus.
• Good Dutch and English skills; German is an advantage.
• Strong technical knowledge, preferably in electronics and automation.

Responsibilities

• Checking, testing, and starting up automation systems.
• Solving malfunctions and doing service visits for customers worldwide.
