As a Workplace Technician, you will play an important role in creating practical, durable solutions for people with disabilities. You will translate the recommendations of adaptation specialists into customised technical solutions, using a range of materials and techniques.

No two days are the same. One day, you might modify a wheelchair; the next, you could be working on communication equipment or another assistive device. We are looking for a practical, detail-oriented technician who enjoys hands-on work and is enthusiastic about creating bespoke solutions.

You also have:

• MBO-level education or equivalent practical and technical knowledge.
• Experience working with wood, metal, or plastics, or experience in upholstery.
• Technical aptitude and an interest in customised solutions.
• A strong focus on detail, quality, and durability.
• An independent and responsible approach to work.
• Good teamwork skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
