Jobster in the Alphen aan den Rijn region seeks a working foreman for concrete production. You will lead a hands-on crew in a production hall, monitoring planning, progress, and quality of prefab elements.

You will bridge the production manager and shop floor, prioritizing safety and efficient workflow while working full-time in early shifts that start between 5:00 and 7:00 a.m. A practical, team‑oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a working foreman in a production or technical environment.
• Living in or near Alphen aan den Rijn.
• Able to commute to work independently.
• Able to speak Dutch and/or English.
• Able to read technical drawings or willing to learn.
• Strong focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• You act as a link between the production manager and the shop floor, always paying close attention to safety.
• You work full-time in 8-hour shifts, which usually start between 6:00 and 7:00 a.m., with the earliest shift starting at 5:00 a.m.

• Salary between €3300 and €3700 gross per month, depending on experience
