Jobster in the Alphen aan den Rijn region is seeking a working foreman for its prefab concrete elements production hall. You will lead the team while participating in hands-on production, monitoring planning and quality.

Qualifications

• Living in or near Alphen aan den Rijn.
• Able to commute to work independently.

SummaryAs a working foreman in concrete production, you will work in a production hall in the Alphen aan den Rijn region, where prefab concrete elements are made. You combine leading the team with hands-on production work and are responsible for monitoring planning, progress, and quality.

What are you going to do?

• You keep an overview, monitor the planning, and ensure the quality of the prefab concrete elements.
• You actively participate in the production process and spot bottlenecks in the workflow.
• You act as a link between the production manager and the shop floor, always paying close attention to safety.
• You work full-time in 8-hour shifts, which usually start between 6:00 and 7:00 a.m., with the earliest shift starting at 5:00 a.m.

• Salary between €3300 and €3700 gross per month, depending on experience
• 32 vacation days and 8% holiday pay
• Shift bonus of 120% between 5:00-6:00 a.m. And 200% on weekends
• 150% overtime pay for weekday hours above 40 hours
• Temporary travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometer
