Groene Hart Service Detachering BV zoekt een werkvoorvoerder voor de productie van prefab betonelementen in de Alphen aan den Rijn regio. U geeft leiding aan het team op de werkvloer, bewaakt planning en kwaliteitsnormen en neemt actief deel aan het productieproces met aandacht voor veiligheid.

De functie is full-time met 8-uurshifts die meestal starten tussen 6:00 en 7:00 uur (vroege dienst). Het salaris ligt tussen €3.300 en €3.700 bruto per maand, inclusief 32 vakantiedagen en 8%

• Aantoonbare ervaring als werkleider in productie of technische omgeving.
• Je woont in de buurt van Alphen aan den Rijn en kunt zelfstandig reizen.

SummaryAs a working foreman in concrete production, you will work in a production hall in the Alphen aan den Rijn region, where prefab concrete elements are made. You combine leading the team with hands-on production work and are responsible for monitoring planning, progress, and quality.

What are you going to do?

In this role, you will lead and guide the production team on the shop floor. You keep an overview, monitor the planning, and ensure the quality of the prefab concrete elements. You actively participate in the production process and spot bottlenecks in the workflow. You act as a link between the production manager and the shop floor, always paying close attention to safety. You work full-time in 8-hour shifts, which usually start between 6:00 and 7:00 a.m., with the earliest shift starting at 5:00 a.m.

Proven work experience as a working foreman in a production or technical environment Living in or near Alphen aan den Rijn Able to commute to work independently Able to speak Dutch and/or English Able to read technical drawings or willing to learn Strong focus on safety and quality
