Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
The Member Company is seeking a Work Planner to help ensure safe streets, reliable grid operation, and steady home lighting in Amsterdam. You will create technical designs, perform grid calculations, and determine routes for projects.
You will coordinate with private customers, construction firms, municipalities and internal teams, handling requests from upgrades to large-scale connections. Based on conversations and team needs, you will join a suitable work package, attend meetings, and support
As a Work Planner, you ensure that we can safely walk the streets under illumination, that electric cars keep running, and that lights at home keep shining. Your work is diverse; you take care of the design and provide advice on, for example, house connections, charging stations, or public lighting, depending on the team you're part of. You do this together with your colleagues for around 150,000 different customers.
You make the energy grid more sustainable. The energy transition is impossible without you.
What will you do?
You ensure proper and timely preparation of requests from private individuals, construction companies, and internal departments. You also collaborate with municipalities, water boards, and contractors. The requests vary, from upgrading a house connection to preventively replacing connections in an entire residential area after outages. Or consider a housing corporation wanting to make 1,000 houses more sustainable? These are all challenges you'll be working on.
Different teams and work packages are in place. Based on the introductory conversation and your own preferences, we will determine together which team and tasks suit you best. Technicians know to reach out to you first if they have questions, and you'll be present at important meetings.
