Job summary

TMC in Deventer seeks a hands-on project coordinator for medium-voltage installations. You ensure preparation, coordination, and timely availability of materials, permits, and schedules to keep field work running safely and efficiently.

From planning to execution, you switch between technology, organization, and communication, coordinating with clients, contractors, technicians, and other stakeholders to minimize surprises and ensure on-time delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, coordinate, and monitor project schedules.
• Handle the technical, organizational, and administrative preparation of projects.
• Apply for and follow up on permits and approvals.
• Procure and align materials, equipment, and other project resources.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, technicians, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Identify risks, deviations, and bottlenecks and anticipate them in a timely manner.
• Ensure the correct delivery of as-built data and project documentation.
• Support progress monitoring and the financial settlement of projects.
